ParentConnection (Q SIS)
The Ojai Unified School District believes in collaboration and communication between parents and schools. Communication is critical to enhancing student achievement in the classroom. In an effort to build on this belief and to ensure academic success for all of our students, we are implementing Q SIS ParentConnection.
Q SIS is the Ojai Unified School District’s student data information system. ParentConnection is a web-based application giving parent’s secured access to view their child’s information on-line. Parents will have access to various information such as report cards, progress reports, class assignments, testing results, attendance, student schedules and classroom news, when available. Q SIS ParentConnection can provide parents with another means for connecting with their child’s education.
To receive a PIN and password for Parent Connection you must complete the application below (scroll down), including an email address. Instructions are on the form. Please print clearly and sign where indicated. Contact the school for the procedure to use for turning in the application and for picking up your PIN and password. The PIN and password will be given only to a person listed on the student's file and you will need to present personal picture identification to pick it up.
