Committed advocate for public education.

Linda has resided in the Ojai Valley since 1978.  She retired from 34 years of public school teaching in 2004 (the last 19 years at Nordhoff High School) and was elected to the Ojai Unified School District Governing Board that same year.

Linda is an artist and maintains a studio at her home.

She is an active volunteer in the Ojai community.  She is a founding member of the Ojai Studio Artists, a member of Rotary Ojai West, a Certified Master Gardener, and helps grow organic vegetables for Help of Ojai's Meals on Wheels program.
